AVAILABILITY OF HARPS
One of our primary goals is to have harps available for lease to facilities that host our therapeutic harpists. We are also in need of less-expensive harps that allow a hands-on experience.
HARP WISH LIST
Currently, our wish list includes the following instruments – these will be on loan to harpists at future locations for therapeutic harp sessions and educational programs:
- “Harpcicles” – The “Flatsicle” Harp which allows music to be played in eight different keys. They are very portable. Children and adults who have problems lifting would be able to use these harps for hands-on experiences. – $534.00 per harp.
- “Harpcicles” – The “Fullsicle” Harp has the same measurements and weight, but it also has sharpening levers on all strings, covering all the keys on the musical scale. – $734.00 per harp.
- “Triplett Catalina” – This is a full-size 34-string lever harp. Harpists who play both folk and classical harp would be able to utilize this instrument. The sound is perfect for therapeutic harp sessions and assemblies. – $3495.00.00.
- “Lyon and Healy 85-GP Grand Petite Harp” – Pedal harps are especially lovely and the therapeutic value of the tone is unsurpassed. Classical harpists would appreciate a harp like this one on-site – especially since transporting a pedal harp can be cumbersome to the musician. – $14,500.00.
